Overview

Ancon built the observation tower at Oxbow Park in 2015, which offers panoramic views of prairie, wetlands, and the river. A kiosk provides visitors information and historical photographs of the park and displays information on the surrounding vegetation and wildlife species. The first level of the tower is 20 feet above ground level and is ADA accessible.

Overview

The South Bend Cubs Performance Center built in 2015, 15,000 square foot athletic facility. The center features six batting cage bays, team training room/weight room, manager office, and a mezzanine overlook and concession room. The mezzanine provides space for events and private parties. The 2-story balcony overlooks the baseball field and provides additional seating on game day.
