Ancon upgraded and expanded the existing robotic room to include strict temperature and humidity level controls required for their automated process. Also, created a clean and dust-free environment with redundant heating and cooling systems
The City of Goshen relocated their street department fleet and staff to an existing building approximately 22,000 square feet. We gutted and renovated everything down to the steel structure.
We rebuilt the new facade, interior floors, new HVAC systems, exhaust removal system within the building, offices, maintenance area, truck wash bays, and vehicle storage.
We also built a separate building on-site to store road salt and sand.
Ancon constructed an enclosed insulated metal building addition to the existing facility—approximately 79,000 square feet.
Marriott’s new Springhill Suites is located in South Bend, Indiana, constructed as design-build totaling 61,100 square feet, 92 guest rooms, and 4-floors. The hotel is built on an existing site that was repurposed. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness room, a small bar/lounge area in the lobby.
