Goshen Health Systems Center for Cancer Care is a 52,000 square foot, finished basement and first floor and unfinished second-floor building. Sixteen months of construction duration. Ancon provided preconstruction services for budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering. Indiana Redi-Mix Association Outstanding Concrete Achievement Award.

In January 2020, we celebrated the ribbon-cutting of our partner Heart City Health opening their new Women’s Health Center. It was an exciting day as the new office will offer prenatal, primary, and postpartum care and ultrasounds. The office is in a convenient location and currently taking patients.

Greenbush Brewing Co. partnered with Martin’s Super Markets to open a new 47-seat brewpub. We helped renovate the 1,100 square foot pub and modernized Martin’s Super Market for a better shopping experience.

Auto Driveaway, a vehicle storage lot, provides 14 acres of offsite protected parking for vehicles like Amazon delivery vans and more. Ancon was the proud Design-Builder for its newest site located in Elkhart, IN. The Design-Build process allowed Auto Driveaway to jump-start their project and fast-track it through completion.

We have built and renovated four Buffalo Wild Wings in our surrounding area. This location was a new building, about 7,346 square feet, with a total seat count of 274. Buffalo Wild Wings developed Stadia Design, which aims to capture the energy of a stadium. The design created space for families and a great place to watch sports.
